Biography

Executive with thirty years of experience in insurance, banking, and internal and external auditing. He has held senior positions in leading national insurance, banking, and consulting/auditing groups, contributing to the development of internal control and risk management systems. He has gained extensive experience in internal auditing, governance, and risk management, holding senior positions at Assicurazioni Generali, where he currently works, Zurich Italia, and Intesa Sanpaolo Vita (where he held various roles, including head of audit), as well as at PWC in both Italy and Switzerland. In addition to other positions at supervised entities, he is a director of FIDIA (Federazione Italiana Dirigenti Assicurativi) and CIDA Lombardia (Confederazione Italiana dei Dirigenti e delle Alte professionalità), also focusing on the impact of AI on processes and organizations, with a particular focus on executives and senior professionals.
