SERENA RAZZI

Biography

Serena Razzi works in the Credit Department of the Italian Banking Association (ABI), where she focuses on consumer credit, mortgages, and real estate valuations, monitoring regulatory and technical developments and managing specific interbank working groups. Representing ABI, she participates in the working groups of the European Mortgage Federation (EMF ECBC), specifically: the "Valuation Committee," which discusses and monitors regulatory developments and best practices related to real estate valuation at the European level; and the "Research and Data Committee," which develops specific reports that provide an updated overview of the real estate market and real estate lending in Europe. As a speaker, representing ABI, she participates in conferences and seminars on topics within her area of expertise. She graduated with honors from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Roma Tre.
