Biography
Paolo Zaggia is Head of Institutional Relations and Communications at Finlombarda S.p.A., the financial intermediary of the Lombardy Region. He has gained extensive experience in the planning and management of Structural Funds and Rural Development Funds, acquired in various areas of public administration. Since 2006, when he joined Finlombarda, he has held various positions in the field of financial instruments applied to public resources, with particular reference to European funds. Since 2024, he has coordinated the “Financial Instruments” working group of the National Association of Regional Financial Institutions (ANFIR) and also serves as coordinator of the Expert Working Group on Structural and Rural Development Funds of the European Association of Public Banks (E.A.P.B.).
