Biography

In CDP since 2013, Livio is currently Head of the "Financial Institutions" Area, coordinating coverage activities towards banks and financial intermediaries, as well as the structuring of funding products (with plafond or bilateral loans), structured & subsidized finance, guarantees and capital relief instruments, to support corporate credit, with a focus on SMEs. CDP's indirect operations are carried out through intermediation and in full complementarity with financial institutions, also using a blending of CDP's own resources, public funds and private funds, to promote financial instruments that generate a significant leverage. Previously, he worked at Mediocredito Centrale, dealing with public subsidized instruments and research on regulated sectors, and at UniCredit and Capitalia, managing institutional clients.
