
After completing a master's in 'Law and Enterprise' at Il Sole 24 Ore Business School, I began my career at Barclays Bank PLC, where I gained expertise in managing diverse banking products and ensuring regulatory compliance. My experience expanded in Lisbon at Barclaycard, where I restructured credit card operations to meet Italian standards. Returning to Italy as Head of Complaints, I led major transformations, including SSL reimbursement processes and the restructuring of Barclays' Italian branch. Since 2020, as Credit Operations Manager at ING Italy, I've been focused on advancing digital transformation within Operations and have had the opportunity to share our achievements at international forums on Operational Excellence. My focus remains on fostering innovation, promoting growth, and enhancing operational efficiency while building strong partnerships with peers and industry leaders.
